Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe
For something a little unexpected, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
